Terms of use
CallSheet. One is run by Gear Tech Systems (GTS) for its clients, crew and staff. By using the app you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Your account
- Accounts are for people who work with GTS. GTS approves account requests and sets what each account can see.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- Keep your profile accurate, especially your mobile number and email, since that is how producers reach you.
What you may do with it
- Use the app for the shows you are booked on and the work you do with GTS.
- Call sheets, schedules, run of shows, client names and crew details are confidential to the show. Do not share them beyond the people working it. Some clients also require a signed non-disclosure agreement, which the app will ask you to sign before you see that client's shows.
- Do not try to reach information the app does not show you, or to disturb the service for others.
Text messages
GTS may text crew about their shows, but only with your separate consent: an unticked box next to the Mobile field on the account request form and on your profile. Agreeing to these terms of use does not opt you in, and you can use the app without opting in. The program, how often we text, and how to stop are in the text message terms.
Files and content
What you upload, such as receipts, paperwork and files shared on a show, stays yours. You give GTS permission to store it and show it to the people the app allows, for the purpose of running shows and paying you.
The service
The app is provided as it is. GTS keeps it running with care but does not promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. Where the app and a signed agreement between you and GTS differ, the signed agreement governs.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
